About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about caring for older people and has previous experience in a care setting. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You will be a team player, with a kind and caring nature, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
