As a Care Worker with SureCare Scarborough, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be working in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 on weekdays and £12.50 on weekends, plus paid travel time. In return, we offer:

We are looking for full and part-time Care Workers for early shifts, late shifts, day shifts, and weekends. Access to your own transport is required, and DBS costs will be refunded (conditions apply).

If you are ambitious and looking for career progression, we will also be looking to appoint senior care workers and team leaders with full training and support given. Your career progression will be down to you.

The position will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and the right to work in the UK.

Key Points:

* Full, extensive, and ongoing training - previous experience is not essential
* Mentoring system in place and 24-hour support and advice
* Refundable DBS (subject to satisfactory completion of a 3-month probationary period)
* Company mobile phone (issued upon satisfactory completion of a 3-month probationary period)
