Scarborough, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom The Avalon Group Full time

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker for night shifts in Scarborough. As a Support Worker, you will be working with two male customers who have complex needs, including epilepsy and cerebral palsy. You will be responsible for providing support with daily living tasks, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and promoting the independence of our customers.

Shift times will vary, with a minimum of 10 hours per week, and you will be required to work a combination of 10pm-7am and 10:15pm-7:15am shifts. A driver with access to a car is desirable due to the locations of the support, but not essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.20 for waking night weekday shifts and £12.71 for waking weekend shifts. If you choose to work additional shifts, the rate will start from £11.50 per hour for customer contact time.

As a Support Worker with The Avalon Group, you will become part of a supportive team that values its employees and provides opportunities for development and growth. If you are a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting people with complex needs, we would love to hear from you.
