About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Low Secure, Specialist Rehabilitation and CAMHS Division. As a Social Worker, you will work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic individualised treatment plans and work directly with our patients on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary teams
  • Work directly with patients to support their recovery and well-being
  • Participate in safeguarding investigations and provide evidence at Tribunals
  • Engage with carers and families to ensure their involvement in the patient's care

Requirements

  • Recognised Social Work Qualification
  • Experience of working in Mental Health and Mental Capacity Legislation
  • Safeguarding Adults Legislation and practice
  • Registration with Social Work England
