About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Truck After-sales Business Developer to join our Service Solutions team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your analytical skills and business acumen to contribute to the growth of our after-sales contracts and connectivity for trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to ensuring a profitable business in R&M and digital services, driving revenue and margin growth through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share, leveraging data insights and a cross-functional approach to drive business growth.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Dealer Network, providing sales support, training, and problem-solving expertise to enhance their R&M and digital services capabilities.
  • Capture dealer and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop efficient business processes that drive after-sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with dealers' sales forces to manage R&M and EW, guiding them through our system and processes, and developing strategies to enhance business performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess an Economic/Engineering degree with a specialization in Marketing or Digital Services.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Data Analysis and reporting.
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
