Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st-3rd line support for the site and shopfloor
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, laptops, and desktops
  • Be the first point of contact for complex issues
  • Manage servers, backups, and domains
  • Support software: Microsoft environment and SAP for ERP
  • Manage Wi-Fi and device connectivity
  • Participate in project work
  • Work on a weekly alternating shift pattern: Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm or 2pm-11:30pm, Friday half days
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Analyst role
  • Proficient in providing 1st-3rd line support
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Windows platforms
  • Demonstrable experience in networking, including switches and routers
  • Experience with backups, including VEEAM and Wasabi Cloud
  • Knowledge of storage solutions, including RAID, SAN, and NAS
  • Experience supporting an ERP system, ideally SAP
  • Confident and able to work as the sole IT Analyst on site

  • A competitive salary of £40,000-£43,000
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (set shutdowns)
