Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the organization, you will provide administrative support to various directorates, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including responding to queries, document creation, and data management.
- Assist with booking and coordinating meeting rooms, travel bookings, and ad hoc team administration.
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a team administrator or business support officer (or similar) is essential for this role.
- Public sector experience is preferred, with central government experience being an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- A natural problem solver, you will remain calm under pressure and not be phased by conflicting priorities.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.26ph, increasing to £14.86ph with holiday roll-up.
- Full-time hours (37 hours) with a hybrid working policy of 40% office-based.
