Strategic Growth Specialist

Ventula Consulting is a leading maritime infrastructure provider seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Specialist to spearhead revenue growth in the Humber region.
This role will focus on identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities, with key responsibilities including:
- Developing and converting new business opportunities to maximise EBITDA growth and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing commercial strategies and completing financial back checks to ensure prospects meet expectations and financial targets.
- Supporting regional marketing efforts, website content and social media activity.
- Actively managing customer accounts to meet revenue and volume growth targets.
The estimated salary for this position is circa £80K + Bonus + exceptional package. The role requires 2/3 days a week in our Hull office with the rest remote.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong commercial background with experience of port operations and related sectors.
- Understanding of third-party agreements and contracts.
- Market and competitor analysis experience.
- Pricing model and charging arrangement development experience.
- Business revenue and profitability growth experience.
