Assistant Boutique Manager

Jo Malone London is a renowned fragrance house celebrated for its elegant and unexpected scents. As a key member of the team, you will support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing our Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Creativity is at the forefront of our day-to-day operations. From bespoke hand and arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, our services and events are truly unique. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a crucial role in elevating these experiences and driving success. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of the store.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events, coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential, and driving sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation, and flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proof of right to live and work in the country
