About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading prestige beauty company and contribute to the success of our boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute in-store events, driving sales and brand awareness.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events, with a focus on driving sales and brand awareness.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage retail operations and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
