We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Creativity is at the heart of everything we do at Jo Malone London. From our signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations, our services and events are truly unique and memorable. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for elevating these in-store experiences and driving success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the retail team
  • Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Elevate in-store events and experiences to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
