As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this vision by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

We're looking for an inspirational and energetic individual who is passionate about coaching others to reach their full potential. As Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing in-store events, coaching and mentoring others, and driving sales and customer service targets. You'll also be accountable for the smooth running of the store.

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
  • A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
