About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
  • Develop and execute in-store events, promotions, and visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and other retail operations tasks to ensure the smooth running of the boutique.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and support the growth of Sales Advisors.
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
