Job Title: Director of Client Engagement

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Director of Client Engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing or new accounts in the Airline, Hospitality, and Travel/Tourism Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow business within Airline, Hospitality, and Travel/Tourism Industry
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for the accounts under management
  • Develop new account or grow existing account by nurturing effective relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline and opportunities for growth
  • Manage responses to qualified prospective enquiries, RFPs, and RFIs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in client management and profitable growth
  • Strong communication ability
  • Working language is English, additional languages of German or Italian will be beneficial
