About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Client Engagement to join our Consulting and Digital Transformation (CDx) business in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing or new accounts in the Airline, Hospitality, and Travel/Tourism Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for all aspects of the IBS relationship, including sales, delivery, finance, legal, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow business within the Airline, Hospitality, and Travel/Tourism Industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the IBS Consulting and Transformation business in assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with IBS Consulting and Product teams to have adequate awareness of services and products, providing inputs to enhance the account portfolio.
  • Leverage the IBS ecosystem of capabilities to develop solutions that address client business problems.
  • Formulate marketing, branding, and proposition strategies to improve IBS standing in the account.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in client management and profitable growth.
  • Strong communication ability and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Graduate in Engineering, Technology, or Science, preferably with a management education.
  • Working language is English, with additional languages of German or Italian being beneficial.
