About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Director to lead our client management team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across multiple agencies, ensuring seamless campaign execution from brief to post-campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of client relationships and ensure exceptional results.
  • Oversee campaigns at every stage, from planning and buying to delivery.
  • Manage and mentor an Account Executive to help them effectively service clients and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in the OOH space, including performance-driven approaches and developments in programmatic OOH.
  • Take charge of resolving client or campaign issues, while coaching your team to do the same.
About You
  • You have media experience, ideally with a background in OOH, though experience in other media agencies or media owners is also welcomed.
  • You're passionate about the media landscape and eager to become an expert in OOH media.
  • You have strong numerical skills and experience in data-driven roles.
  • You excel at relationship management and communication, with a natural ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Your commercial acumen shines through in your work, and you're confident applying it to drive results.
