About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Partnership Manager to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our sports marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our partnerships with sports teams and events, and working closely with our managed service providers (MSPs) to activate their sports marketing rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our MSPs and sports teams
  • Advise and assist MSPs in negotiating and planning the use of sports rights to deliver on set marketing objectives
  • Lead regular cadence calls with sports teams and MSPs to ensure alignment and progress
  • Work closely with our brand team to ensure content approvals and consistency
  • Train and advise MSPs on how to effectively use sports rights
  • Develop and implement marketing plans in line with our sports marketing strategy
  • Work closely with our partner marketing managers and account managers to align goals and objectives
  • Manage sport event activations and logistics, ensuring maximum ROI for both Acronis and our partners
  • Be embedded in our EMEA region, contributing to regional meetings and reporting on sports-related matters
  • Proactively manage Acronis sports tickets and work closely with our GM to drive lucrative opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sports marketing or a related field
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to account management
  • Strong relationships with sports teams and MSPs
  • Ability to solve problems logically and creatively
  • Fluent English (other languages an advantage)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
