We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Partnership Development Manager to join our sponsorship sales team, focusing primarily on the tennis industry. Located in London, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.

**Job Overview:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for tennis clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across all engagement levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing tailored sponsorship sales presentations and maintaining accurate data, rights schedules, and valuations.
  • Leading client meetings and coordinating resources to maximize value and outcomes.
  • Delivering reports to rights holders and brand sponsors, while managing external agency relationships.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4 years of experience in account management, preferably in sports marketing or agency-side environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content.
  • A proactive attitude, with a 'roll up the sleeves' mindset ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Innovative thinking, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion.
