About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team at Reward Gateway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and negotiating contracts with partners, analyzing transactional and referral revenue, and identifying key opportunities for growth. They will also analyze partner performance and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

This role requires strong relationship management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and comfortable owning revenue lines with ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing partnerships or working with employee benefit and wellbeing partners.
