Strategic Partnership Specialist

The Strategic Partnership Specialist role at Executive Jet Management, Inc. presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of NetJets Europe through collaborative innovation. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, driving strategic alliances and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive European partnership strategy by actively engaging with potential partners and developing tailored solutions;
- Evaluate and implement sponsorship opportunities to amplify brand visibility and stimulate sales growth;
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring effective collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders;
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams;
- Partner with the Marketing Team to develop compelling content highlighting unique experiences;
- Foster creative partnerships to yield added value benefits and commercial advantages;
- Represent the company at events, promoting strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance;
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing partnerships, or business development;
- Desirable: experience marketing service-related products to high-net-worth individuals;
- Fluency in Business English, with knowledge of one or more European languages;
- Advanced commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management skills;
- Strong networking abilities and a well-established contact book;
- End-to-end project management expertise.
A highly competitive salary of $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.
