We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team at Propel. In this role, you will drive the development of strategic connections with B2B tech businesses and agencies.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to establish the partnerships function from the ground up. As the first dedicated partnerships professional, you will have significant influence over the growth and connection strategies.

  • Develop a strategy for partnerships with B2B tech businesses and agencies.
  • Identify and qualify potential partners.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to negotiation.
  • Create proposals and presentations for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Track performance metrics for partnerships.
About You:

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in B2B partnerships or business development, preferably with a strong track record of establishing strategic partnerships.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
  • Tech, SaaS, or startup experience preferred.
About the Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus uncapped OTE of £20,000 and startup equity. Additionally, we provide flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
