Supporting Individuals with Mental Health Challenges

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals with mental health challenges to help them overcome barriers in their employment journey.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing one-to-one support to individuals with mental health challenges* Working collaboratively with other professionals to provide a holistic support service* Assisting those on long-term sick leave to return to work successfully* Developing and implementing personalized support plans* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of support services* Making referrals to other agencies or services as needed
