General Manager - Renfrew, Renfrewshire

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the success of our gym in Renfrew, Renfrewshire. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, delivering commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

The Role:

  • To lead and manage the gym team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
  • To develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive membership sales and retention.
  • To manage the gym's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • To maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
  • To lead and develop the gym team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

The Candidate:

  • Must have a proven track record of leadership and management experience within a leisure industry setting.
  • Must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of the leisure industry.
  • Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor and have a strong understanding of fitness and exercise.
  • Must have a proven ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives, with a strong understanding of local market trends.
  • Ideally, you will have experience as a General Manager or in a similar operational role within a leisure facility.
