Growth and Engagement Manager

We're searching for a skilled Growth and Engagement Manager to join our team at The Good Influence. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective growth and engagement strategies that drive business outcomes for our clients.
About the Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth and engagement strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Analyse complex data to inform campaign decisions and optimise performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth and engagement trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth and engagement, with a strong track record of driving growth and engagement.
- Proven experience in managing growth and engagement campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to analyse complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Excellent financial acumen, with knowledge of budgeting and forecasting to meet client and company goals.
- Deep expertise in growth and engagement trends, analytics, and channel advancements.

What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
- A competitive benefits package, including a company bonus scheme and pension scheme.
