Job Title: Property Manager - Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ultra-prime residential properties in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a compact, high-quality portfolio of 7 buildings and just under 500 units, requiring an accountable, customer-focused, and thorough approach.
  • Undertake the full range of duties from budgets to insurance and major works, with excellent in-house support from accounts and surveying teams.
  • Provide exceptional service to HNW/resident clients, requiring attention to detail and discretion.
  • Work closely with the accounts and surveying teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of committed block management experience, with a strong understanding of residential property management.
  • ATPI qualification desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
