Job Title: Salary and Benefits Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Salary and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to the development of innovative reward strategies.
About the Role:
This position plays a critical role in designing and implementing salary and benefits packages that attract, retain, and motivate talent, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement salary and benefits packages that align with business goals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation packages.
- Design and implement salary grading structures and job evaluation processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making related to compensation.
- Support the implementation of reward programs through effective communication and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Reward or Compensation role.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, benchmarking, salary grading, and job evaluation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
