Salary Benchmark Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salary Benchmark Specialist to join our team in Manchester. This role involves developing and maintaining our approach to salary benchmarking and providing recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, be confident with HRIS systems, and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. A strong understanding of benchmarking pay and benefits is essential, particularly for senior/executive roles.

This role requires someone who can:

  • Carry out job evaluations and create/improve pay structures
  • Benchmark pay (fixed and variable) and benefits
  • Analyse data and prepare reports for the Remuneration Committee and People Committee at regular intervals

We offer a competitive salary package including a salary of up to £63,000 per annum, discretionary annual bonus 10%, generous holiday allowance, contributory pension scheme, BAYE scheme, free shares scheme, and more.
