Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to join our HR team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive salary grading structures and job evaluation processes
  • Benchmark compensation packages against industry standards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Finance
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Reward or Compensation role
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Proficient in HRIS and compensation management software
