Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Trust In Soda. As an EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing payroll processes for our employees in Belgium and across the EMEA region.

Key Tasks
  • Process employee payroll in Belgium and EMEA, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collect and analyze payroll data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in managing payroll processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
