Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Financial Inclusion Partner. This critical role will provide a single point of contact for care home customers, ensuring excellent customer care is provided at all times, while leading the operational running of the Care Services pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize workloads to ensure the delivery of outstanding care to existing and new customers.
  • Work in partnership with a local network of care homes, store teams, and GP surgeries to enable the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Lead and plan the day-to-day running of the Care Services pharmacy, including dispensing duties and supporting store teams.
  • Work with the Regional Business Manager to become an ambassador for Boots within the local community and assist in the sign-up of new business.
  • Manage and resolve queries from care homes in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician with a minimum of NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science (or equivalent) - NVQ3 preferred but not essential.
  • Full driving licence, as regular visits to care homes are required.
