Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotels. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant and bar operations.
About the Role: As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the restaurant management team and senior management to achieve the profitability of the hotel. You will be responsible for taking control and accountability for the day-to-day restaurant operations, working closely with the group food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency, and creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence
- Help coach and develop all Food and Beverage team members
- Work closely with the group food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency
- Take control and accountability for the day-to-day restaurant operations
