Restaurant Operations Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, working closely with the restaurant management team and senior management to drive profitability and excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in taking control and accountability for day-to-day restaurant operations
- Work closely with the group food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests
- Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence
- Help coach and develop all Food and Beverage team members
