Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in taking control and accountability for the day-to-day restaurant operations of the hotel.
  • Work closely with the group food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
  • Help coach and develop all Food and Beverage team members.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who embodies the passion and drive to advance within the company, aspiring to grow within our portfolio. While we value progression, we are also open to considering this as a first-time appointment for the right candidate.

This is a full-time opportunity and staff accommodation could be available for the right candidate.
