About the Role:

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. In this autonomous role, you will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to our Home Owners and managing the maintenance of the property.

You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events for Owners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our Home Owners.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and suppliers to ensure minimal disruption to our Home Owners.
  • Organising activities and events, promoting a sense of community and social connection among our Home Owners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar role. You will be an outgoing and friendly person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be comfortable working alone and independently, using your own initiative to manage the Lodge and its operations. You will also be an accomplished administrator, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
