Education Support Staff

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEN School in Merton. As an Education Support Staff member, you will be responsible for providing support to students during lesson time and social time, helping them with their schoolwork, to achieve their individual goals as well as lifeskills lessons.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with SEND students, a Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification, and experience in a UK school. They will also be able to manage challenging behaviors and have patience to understand and support students.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay
