About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in a primary school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with complex SEN needs and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Children - Provide individualized support to children with SEN needs in 1:1, small group, and classroom settings.
  • Collaborating with Educators - Work closely with skilled educators to create a calm and positive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Developing Skills - Take advantage of fully funded training and opportunities to grow your skills in SEN support.
Requirements
  • Experience with SEN - While experience with SEN is desirable, we are open to those who have worked or volunteered with children in any capacity.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English - Hold GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK - Be eligible to work in the UK.
