About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Co. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their skills and experience in property sales to drive business growth and success.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate agency, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for building a property portfolio, winning new business, and servicing existing clients.

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, with an OTE of £50,000. In addition, they will benefit from a generous commission structure and opportunities for professional development.
