Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead efforts to grow our network of clients across our industry in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on payroll solutions and winning contract work, as well as a strong understanding of local markets, particularly Net Zero projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting value-selling concepts in line with our services, instilling the core values of our business with all new clients. This includes identity and implementation of payroll solutions, negotiation and signing of agreements with new clients, and development of struggling or existing accounts. The successful candidate will also work collaboratively across external-facing departments and senior team members to develop a cohesive strategy to help achieve business growth.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Please note that this is an estimate based on the location and job requirements.
