Automotive Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Insight Select, a leader in the law industry.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within a legal context, experience managing and leading a team, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's culture, behaviours, and values.
- Digital Footprint Management: Manage the firm's digital presence, including social media platforms and online channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team, creating a collaborative and positive work environment that drives results.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
- Internal and External Communications: Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies, including event management, PR, and publicity.
- Networking Opportunities: Facilitate networking opportunities with key stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Marketing Experience: Significant experience in marketing and business development roles within legal/professional services.
- Numerical and Financial Literacy: Numerically and financially literate, comfortable working with metrics and budgets.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Good understanding of digital marketing techniques.
- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and delegating.
- IT Skills: Excellent IT skills.
Package
- Salary: £65,000 per annum.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
- Working Location: St Albans – Hybrid working (TBC).
