About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Volkswagen Dealership in St Albans. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of Sales Executives and Transaction Managers to deliver excellent customer outcomes and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Transaction Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of delivering sales results and leading high-performing teams. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
