General Sales Manager - Volkswagen

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Transaction Managers, and a Used Car Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote new and used vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
  • Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

About the Role:

Marshall Motor Group is a leading automotive group representing 23 popular brands across 34 UK counties. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Volkswagen dealership in St Albans, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
