Head of Sales Job Description

As the Head of Sales at Citygate Automotive Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve maximum profit opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process to maximize gross profit earning potential.
  • Ensure compliance with the Sales Process and Mystery Shop Standards as set by Volkswagen.
  • Manage the sales team to offer F&I and insurance-related products to every customer.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and monthly reviews with Sales Executives.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers professionally and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
