Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing and executing our strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies. You will have a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
