Marketing Director

Crest Nicholson plc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strong, effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Brand Management: Manage and maintain the Crest Nicholson brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, developers, and external partners.
- Marketing Experience: Minimum two years of marketing management experience, preferably in the property or construction industry.
- Marketing Skills: Proven skills in marketing strategy development, brand management, marketing campaigns, team management, budget management, and stakeholder management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
