Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing our strategic marketing plan to strengthen our brand and reputation in the UK retirement housing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Manage and maintain our marketing database and computerized COINS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date marketing information
- Oversee the production and efficiency of our Design Department, ensuring high-quality work that meets our corporate image standards
- Train and coach Marketing Executives and other team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and report on marketing activity and expenditure to ensure it is within budgetary limits
- Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and conversion
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills. You should have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the retirement housing sector
- Postgraduate CIM qualification or equivalent
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
