Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Carer to work with our warm and friendly team. In this role, you will make a real impact on the lives of older people, enabling them to continue living independently in their own homes. No specific experience or qualifications are required, just a caring attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care to clients
  • Managing medication and administering it as required
  • PPreparing meals and assisting with daily tasks
  • Delivering dementia care and support
  • Accompanying clients on trips and outings
