Pay and Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pay and Reward Consultant to join our team at Direct Line Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering our reward strategy, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and advice on reward matters, including pay reviews, incentive schemes, and job evaluation.
- Support the development and implementation of our reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage market data providers and benchmarking activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Lead on equal pay and compliance with legislative changes, including Gender Pay Gap and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on legislative and market changes, providing expert advice to Reward, HR, and the business.
- Previous experience in providing reward technical expertise and running large pay review cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- High level of technical competence in total reward practices and up-to-date knowledge of current reward issues.
- Resilience and professionalism in managing sensitive and high-profile issues.
