We are seeking an experienced Clinical Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessments, and treatment plans.
Job Overview:
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to patients' unique needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitoring patient conditions, and adjust care plans as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- NMC Professional Registration and keep up-to-date with current nursing practices.
