The estimated salary for this role is £44,414 - £60,595 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team in Ipswich. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of their role as a Care Coordinator/Assessor and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Main Duties
  • Manage a caseload and provide mental health care services to individuals with complex needs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop individual care plans.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
