Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team at a leading care home in the Ipswich area. As a Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents to maintain their daily independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of resident needs and prioritize care.
- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
- Maintain and complete resident care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Report any resident health concerns and request GP or professional visits when necessary.
- Proven experience working in a care setting.
- At least 1 year of NMC registration.
- $22.00 per hour salary with potential annual earnings up to $50,336.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday entitlement.
- Full DBS disclosure paid for.
